Exchange & Returns

• I want to return the product I purchased. How should I proceed?

If you are not satisfied with the products you bought for any reason, you can return them within 7  days and get a refund. All you need to do for this is to send an e-mail to smile@hahakafe.com about the subject.

Important Information: 

- You must safely pack and ship the products you want to return in their original packaging, undamaged, unlabeled and unused.

- In the return shipment of the products to be broken, you must protect the protection materials (Styrofoam, ballooned nylon, parcel) and pack the products in the same way. For this reason, the responsibility for the damage to occur in the cargo belongs to the customer.

- After checking the compliance of your product with the return conditions by us, the status of the return process will be communicated to you by e-mail. You will be refunded the amount within 1-7 business days from the confirmation message sent to your e-mail.

- If it does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent back to your address by cargo.

- After the return procedures, only the product price is refunded.

• I want to change the products I have purchased. How should I proceed?

You have the right to exchange for 7 days for products that you are not satisfied with or want to replace for any other reason. You can send an e-mail to smile@hahakafe.com about the subject and exchange it with another product you want.

• The product I received turned out to be damaged/defective. How should I proceed?

If the product you purchased from hahakafe.com is damaged or defective, you can return it within 7 days and get your money back. You can contact us from smile@hahakafe.com about the subject.

• The incoming products and the order I give are not the same. How should I proceed?

In this case, you need to send an e-mail to the smile@hahakafe.com address. Our customer service will provide you with the necessary information about the subject as soon as possible.
